Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the property. Evidence of smoking in the room will result cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations are confirmed non-refundable. Must cancel within 8 Days notice.
Travelers who cancel less than 8 days before 6:00PM EST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.
Credit cards that are declined will not result in confirmed reservations.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation within 8 days of arrival.
This charge, once initiated, is non-refundable.
Early departures will not be pro-rated.
